Craig Cook and Pastor John are working on some plans for adult discipleship after the pandemic-related restrictions lift and church programming resumes a more normal rhythm and look. You can help by providing your opinion on some basic questions at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2K9DTCT. Your answers will be completely anonymous, and it shouldn’t take more than 4-5 minutes to complete. Thanks in advance for weighing in and helping us develop some relevant and purposeful plans for facilitating spiritual growth.
New Youth Pastor: Bernard Castaneda
As Pastor Brian shared last Sunday, we are pleased to announce the hiring of Bernard Castaneda as our new youth pastor, beginning the week of July 1. We were blessed to have Bernard & Emily with us last weekend for times of fellowship as well as an official interview. We are thankful for the way the Lord has made provisions financially for us to move forward with this process of hiring Bernard as youth pastor here at LHCN.

If you have just ended a season of caregiving in your life
Come, share the wisdom, strength and joy that God has given you. Encourage someone who is walking the same path you are. No judgement. No pretense. Bring truth. Drink coffee. Be ready to hear God’s wisdom.

Child Sponsorship Sunday
Sunday | May 23 (Date change) | During the 10:45 Service
Through Nazarene Compassionate Ministries' child sponsorship program, children living in poverty have the chance to participate in church-run child development programs that focus on their spiritual, emotional, physical, and educational growth. They also have the opportunity to be linked with caring sponsors who commit to pray for the child, their family, and future. With your help, more children can receive the care and support that comes with sponsorship. Pray about how you can help.
